COMMUNITY SERVICES

FIELD’s Community Services Division provides programs and services directly to individuals in target communities. The main purpose of these services is to provide individuals with the skills necessary to improve their social and economic conditions, and those of their families. Our programs are designed to respond to the specific needs of individuals and their communities, based on research performed by FIELD jointly with workers and employers. Currently these services are offered in Kern County in the cities of Arvin, Shafter, Bakersfield and soon in Delano.  In Tulare County we have recently added services in Porterville, with additional locations to be added soon.  Plans to expand these services are being designed for Monterey County.
