Supreme Court Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Likely Approach To Immigration

President Biden recently nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson the Supreme Court.  She would be the first Black woman ever to have a seat on the high court.  Given Judge Jackson’s 10 years on the federal bench, her record holds lots of clues as to how she would be likely to vote on immigration issues that would come before her were she to be confirmed a Supreme Court justice.
